CAMPUSWIDE Transformation
Washington’s transformation will begin with the demolition of aging buildings that stand in the school's compact center. In their place will be a new courtyard with green spaces for outdoor learning, a new gymnasium and a new, two- or three-story classroom building with high-tech spaces for the school’s robotics and other specialty programs. Additional upgrades include a new cafeteria, auditorium and a two-story parking structure with a rooftop, all-weather field.
Students will be relocated to Butler during construction. The slides from Washington's Nov. 8, 2023 community meeting are available in English and Spanish.
Construction starts: 2024-25
