Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning
New energy-efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system for the school’s existing permanent buildings. HVAC systems help create safe and comfortable learning environments by maintaining comfortable temperatures and enhancing indoor air quality.
Additional school improvements include:
- New audiovisual systems with overhead projectors & screens
- New flooring, ceilings, lighting and paint
- Window replacement or repair
- Accessibility upgrades
- Fire alarm system upgrades
- Other renovations

Upcoming Project
ALL-WEATHER FIELD
New all-weather sports field designed to maximize playability and safety. The field’s permeable turf will drain quickly in wet weather, increasing play time for the school’s sports teams. A new paved running track will enclose the field.
Construction starts: 2028-29
Projected completion: 2029-30
