Current Projects
Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning
New energy-efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system for the school’s existing permanent structures. Avalon's renovations also include the conversion of the school's shop building into new learning space with snack bar and teacher's lounge, plus new fencing, visitor screening and intrusion detection system.
Additional school improvements include:
- Kitchen renovation
- New audiovisual systems with overhead projectors & screens
- New flooring, ceilings, lighting and paint
- Window replacement or repair
- Accessibility upgrades
- Fire alarm system upgrades

ALL-WEATHER FIELD
New all-weather sports field designed to maximize playability and safety. The field’s permeable turf will drain quickly in wet weather, increasing play time.
