The project further includes one 60-foot batting cages/bullpens combination for both the home and visitor teams, and bleachers to accommodate approximately 100 spectators. A  concessions and restroom building will also be constructed, along with an enclosed outdoor storage area. To complete the site, solid perimeter fencing and gates, sports field lighting and netting and a scoreboard will be added.
